With over 30 years of proven success as a college teacher, research mathematician and professional tutor, I offer in-person and online tutoring, enabling students to master complex concepts, boost their confidence and achieve elite exam scores. While many tutors are students themselves, I offer the perspective of a career educator and research mathematician. I don't only teach formulas; I teach students how to think critically and solve problems from the ground up.

PhD in Mathematics from The University of Michigan, specializing in functional analysis and complex variables.
IBM Research Leader: Former Research Staff Member and Manager at the IBM TJ Watson Research Center, where I published original research in programming correctness, telecommunications systems, stochastic processes and queueing theory while leading multidisciplinary teams of researchers and engineers to deliver technical innovations and IBM products.
Innovator: Holder of six US patents and recipient of five IBM Outstanding Innovation Awards.
